Use other nameservers along with cloudfares?

I recently had an ecommerce store made through a vendor I use and they sent me 4 nameservers that I had to put my website under.

Is it still possible to include the two nameservers from cloudfare along with the 4 required for my ecommerce?

Ask them if, rather than changing your nameservers they can simply provide you the DNS record you should add to your existing DNS.
