Use free plan for commercial project

Hey,

I found this topic: Usage Free plan for business use

But we would use Cloudflare for a public commercial website together with WP Fastest Cache. I read free plan is only for personal and hobby projects.

So can I use the free plan for our commercial purpose and be compliant with your licensing conditions?
