use DNS cannot reslove website www.ly.gov.tw
8.8.8.8 resolves it for me, but 9.9.9.9 and 1.1.1.1 give me a SERVFAIL. I’m not a DNS expert, but I suspect there’s something wrong with that domain’s DNS configuration.
