Use cloudflare without pointing to general DNS

I am Brazilian, in our country we have as seller of national domains. I want to use it to make MX, A, TXT, etc. notes.

I would like to use cloudflare to protect a subdomain

How to preceed?

Because the primary domain is on the Integrated Store platform, they are having trouble using CloudFlare as a DNS manager. While the store’s blog is on my servers, I want to protect with CloudFlare.

Follow the print:

You need to change the nameservers at your registrar. That means that all DNS records must move as well.

So you can not do it like I mentioned above?

You cannot delegate sub-zones.

What kind of trouble do they have with the DNS management through Cloudflare? The setup looks straight forward to me.
