Use Cloudflare CDN but not caching

Hello.
I would like to use Cloudflare free CDN , but not its cache.
Since, I’m using DreamHost, I already have its Varnish cache. so I don’t want to overhead with cache.
But I want to use Cloudflare for security and its servers close to the local regions.
For example, I would like to use Singapore etc for Indian visitors.

How to accomplish this.

  1. CDN is essentially a cache, but can certainly use Cloudflare and add a Page Rule to match your entire domain and bypass the cache. Your data will still receive the other benefits of Cloudflare.
  2. I believe Varnish is typically an HTML cache, and Cloudflare doesn’t cache HTML by default. Regardless, Varnish caches its data on the server itself, and not near the visitor. By default, Cloudflare will cache static files, such as images, JS, and CSS (unless you add a Bypass Cache page rule).
