Use 28 mask in firewall

I’d like to add ips range to WAF(filewall) with /28 mask but receive an error.
Could you explain how to resolve this issue?

IP Access rules only support /16 and /24 as stated. But Rules will allow you to specify any valid CIDR:

So you can create a custom firewall rule to match your /28:
