I was creating my US visa scheduling profile when I was blocked. After entering my details. I clicked on the navigation to show if I’m a human. From there it kept on popping up and I continue clicking the same navigation until I received the message that my account has been blocked. Please I need a solution to this my challenge.

If you were presented a page with a Cloudflare Ray ID that states you are blocked, you will need to communicate that to the site operator. Only the site operator can change their access rules. Neither Cloudflare staff nor Community members are able to edit any site’s rules (other than their own).
