I setup the dedicate tracking for our account and all the urls related to our domain not working while the urls on the footer such as social medai working with no issue after checking with klaviyo Team they said all the issue within cloudflare setting

I recommend asking Klaviyo what specific “issue in Cloudflare setting” you need to fix.

trk.perfumeco.shop is currently CNAME'd to sendgrid.net.

Please confirm with Klaviyo what the correct CNAME record should be and adjust your Cloudflare DNS accordingly.

after some further investigations, the behavior you’re experiencing is tied to several factors. I was able to replicate the Not Found page you mentioned previously while not using a VPN. This typically indicates that either the SSL configuration or the DNS configuration is not set up appropriately. Although from your screenshots, we can see them set up correctly, I would advise reaching out and speaking with Cloudflare more on this topic.
Another factor that may be impacting this is the use of VPN and how things are configured in your backend. When testing the links in your emails via both on and off a VPN, all links lead to a This site can’t be reached page while on a VPN. Whereas when off the VPN, I’m taken to the Not Found page when clicking on certain links such as your homepage and product page while I can fully access your social media links. This leads me to believe that there may be a conflict between your webpage links and the SSL setup. Once again, this would be something you’ll want to investigate with your CND/DNS provider.

It looks like you have enabled the proxy for both CNAME records since @GeorgeAppiah last checked it here.

You need to change both CNAME records back to DNS-Only.
