Given your challenge page seem to have customised styling, check with whoever configured your Cloudflare account if you are unsure.
If you can’t pass the challenge then check your browser for any plugins that may be interfering with the challenge process, clear your browser cache or try Incognito/Private mode.
Thanks for your reply. We have checked all logs and there is nothing provided. We have turned off all the security rules like waf, bot etc but it is still have the same issue. This issue seems from your end and you need to allow this. Please look into this and fix on priority. Thanks..
We have checked at community many users have reported the similar issues and, in the end it has been resolved from your end since due to some version update, such issues occurred. So, please look into this and fix the issue at earliest.
Having looked again that seems not be a genuine Cloudflare challenge page. You may want to check with your developer that your site hasn’t been compromised. If you can’t find the ray IDs in the security event log, that would likely confirm that.
Not sure about your response, since it is working fine on mobile but not on desktop. We can access the admin and browse the website normally. Also, I meant to say that we can find out the log in the event but no such specific details there what can guide the cause of this issue.
You misunderstand. The issue is you likely have a site infected with malware. Cloudflare isn’t your hosting provider, you need to resolve that issue where your content lives. This isn’t a Cloudflare challenge.
Also, if we follow the instructions there and paste the given code in the run and enter it then it starts working for that particular user in the browser but not other, so something has happened in update which needs to be resolved.
You must check your local machine now. A challenge page that is asked you to run local commands is fake and your site and your local machine are now likely compromised. I was probably not shown those as I was using a Mac and the Win+R instruction is for Windows.
Oh lord! DON’T DO THAT. That’s a sure sign the site is infected with malware and now likely the machine where that code was run is infected as well. Whoever ran that code should immediately begin using tools to remove malware from their computer.
