URL Inspection for google webmaster tools is URL is not available to Google

Hello, what is hapened, I hawe few websites here and aded one new one, then made some changes and decided manualy in google webmaster tools request inspect website. What is hapened tha tI got error message that “URL is not available to Google” in url inspection. This error is showing only when I requesting to inspect manualy, normaly it ishows green in webmaster panel.
I read alot here posts but not found actualy solution to solve this problem.
Tested websites on other google live test tools showing error too.

p.s. tested robots.txt is ok, no restrictions at all
in Cloudflare panele no rules was created, just usual standart cloudflare setup.
What to do that google bots can aces my website when manualy I asking

I found 2 articles, but they do not helped, because I realy not geting where in WAF i must to add them

Thanks! I’m a newbie so thanks for helping. I checked events and searched for ‘Google’ and found a bunch of their ips that were blocked by a challenge. I cannot see how my rules are blocking them. Instead, I allowlisted their ASN, and that appears to have worked. Now, with firewall rules on, Google is able to crawl pages in search console instead of giving me 403 errors. Is it correct that allowlisting like this trumps my rule with js challenge? [4] Thanks Marcus

Never mind: I found it.

Temporarily put the domain in DNS-Only mode and try to crawl the site in GSC again and let’s see what happens. This would let you know if the problem is occurring from your origin server or Cloudflare.
