URL Forwarding via Page Rules not working

Hey everyone, I bet this has a simple answer. Though, I have searched around the Community, the web but connect figure.

DNS setup

Crypto setup:

  • Always Use HTTPS → ON
  • HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) → OFF
  • Automatic HTTPS Rewrites → OFF (switched off 30mins ago)

Page rule
test.domain.com/*
URL Forwarding as 301 redirect to
https://domain.com/$1

The browser only shows “Cannot load page”. Could anyone help here please? Thank you.

Your DNS records look all right. Whats the domain?

Your test host does not seem to be properly configured. Can you remove it and re-add it and make sure there are not additional (invisible) characters.

Should that still not work, simply create a proxied A record and point it to 192.0.2.1.

The test host was fresh added. I tried another in the meantime, same issue.

Can you post a full page screenshot of your DNS page? Redact IP addresses if necessary.

Still though, remove it and readd it.

Also, there are currently known issues with updates in this part, so that might be the issue you are experiencing
