URL Forwarding 301 not working

Hi,
I have created a page rule for my old domain: guiderpress .com
The Rule is “URL forwarding 301 permanent Redirect” but when someone types an old domain name in their browser they are not redirected to my new domain name as I set in Page Rules.

Is there anyone who can help me with this issue?

If it is for the domain guiderpress.com this seems to be expired and the domain registrar has parked the domain. Meaning the traffic is no longer forwarded to Cloudflare for the Page Rule to run.
