URL Forward Page Rule Not Working

I have created a page rule for URL Forward, as follows:

antispam.formpack.co.in

URL Forwarding as 301 permanent redirect to

https://ecmcloud.netcore.co.in/login

Somehow, it is not working. Any help from the community will be highly appreciated.

There is no antispam record to begin with. You need to configure this in your DNS records as well.
