and even the original Cloudflare account is deleted AFTER the downgrading.

I have deleted all domains from the Cloudflare account and even deleted the account itself and still gets billed every month. This is unacceptable

Yet I still get charged and the problem is the original account is already deleted!!! I only have emails as proof

I understand fees are normally non-refundable, but this is it is a clear administrative error and error in the process. And I would kindly request a refund to the original payment method and NOT as credit because the original account was deleted and I will never use any cloudflare services.

And I signed up and received the welcome email only on March 9 2025
I have all the email chains as proof
It is error on Cloudflare’s part not me and shouldn’t be liable for a deleted account with a cancelled subscription anymore
