URGENT: Unable to renew any of my domains

When I go to Domain Registration → Manage Domains and select Manage for any domain, I encounter the error: “There was an error fetching domain data.” The API returns error code 10000 with the message “Registrar access forbidden.”

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have raised a ticket. But all I get is automated emails without any resolution with the following message:
“We have detected a lock on the domain at the registrar level, which will prevent any transfer from proceeding. Please contact your current registrar to have this lock removed.”
I have a SaaS startup and one of my secondary domains has already expired.
If not rectified in the next few days, my SaaS would go down.
Please help.

No one from support has reached out for the last 8 days. One of my domains has already expired.
