My domain is blocked because of phishing issue, but it is totally false
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I am using a pro version,
I wrote already many times to trust security team, clicked the request review button, and sent lots Emails to support team but no one answers me.
I only see the massage that status is in review for many days.
I got lots of Emails from the people who wants to visit my Webpage. What can I do, when nobody answers me?
While the Trust and Safety team reviewed the details of your report, that may be the only reply you receive. The Community nor Support can assist as we do not have visibility into the T&S systems.

Sorry for the issues, that case number came through in the reply. Unfortunately for confidentiality reasons, the Community nor Support can assist as we do not have visibility into the T&S systems, we cannot see that case nor the details.

May I ask if you have checked your mailbox for any email from Abuse Cloudflare?

Nevertheless, only the team at the address [email protected] you already contacted could help you in this case. I am afraid the Cloudflare community cannot help here. You would need to discuss this with them. Sorry for the issue, the Community does not have access to see any Trust & Safety cases, so we cannot assist further.
The Trust & Safety team has to get back to you. You will have to wait your turn in the T&S queue until the team review your case/issue (days, or weeks).
When you Log into your Cloudflare dashboard you should see a message providing more details on the reason behind this flagging and how to request a review → https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/.

Hi fritex, Yes, I already got a Email from [email protected]. And requested ro review the phishing report at that page, because someone intentionally reported my page as a phishing site. I wrote already two emails, but no one answers. Could you tell me how long does it normally takes to get a reply from T&S team? Do they actually reply? I get everyday from visitors to Couple of weeks is to long to wait… But thanks for your kind reply!

Hello cloudflare community team, sorry to bothering you once again.
I and my friends made this project for two months to resolve the social issues. We worked so hard even we don’t get any pennies from this project, because we want to change this social problem. But someone has maliciously reported our site as a phishing site, and from that we can’t access to our website. Our effort for two months is just floating in air now. We are now using pro version, but nobody answers from the T&S team. It’s already a week after that we wrote to T&S team. We want to know at least, our request are in reviewing or what something else to our site happens. Please do not make my team depaired and frustrated. Our efforts are all at our website. Please check the ticketnumber 01362532 and please make a phone call with T&S team. Our team is very upset and sad with this circumstances. Thank you
I don’t have feedback information for how long you’d have to wait until the T&S team get back to you and your case. Might take few weeks if there are a lot of cases. I don’t have insights about the team routine and workflow. Your request definitely is on the team list for review and check. I am truly sorry and thank you for patience.
