Urgent support case re Security being ignored

We have a Security issue regarding the case noted above.

Received initial follow ups from a Jaime Carvalho but nothing now for ONE MONTH.

Where do we go from here? Will be leaving Cloudflare if this isn’t resolved within 7 days as trust has vanished as a longstanding paying client.

The case is now correctly handled on it.
