The billing for unrelated companies is linked. One company receives bills for another company.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve complained about it multiple times, but it hasn’t been taken seriously by Cloudflare. It was supposed to be fixed, but now it’s happening again. Unrelated companies are being billed for each other services. Invoices are missing. Confidential information is being shared between unrelated companies with different owners.
