Unrelated companies are being billed for each other services. Invoices are missing. Confidential information is being shared between unrelated companies with different owners, which is an urgent privacy issue.

Someone recommended trying to reach the CEO on Twitter. I don’t have a Twitter account. Is there anyone who can help with trying to reach someone higher up at Cloudflare via social media who can do something about the problem? This is a massive security and privacy issue with Cloudflare that is being completely ignored. The problem has existed for more than a year, and no one is addressing it.

I’m still waiting for a reply on this. This problem has been going on for more than a year, and I’m still waiting. This is all support has to say about a security/privacy hole in Cloudflare’s services even more than a year after first reporting it:

we need to keep this case on temporary hold until we have more info for you.
