URGENT: Registrar Domains Missing + Invalid Nameservers – Support Not Escalating

What is the name of the domain?

flubless.com, flubless.io, flubless.app, flubless.ai, flubless.co, flubless.net, flubless.org, flubless.tech, flubless.dev, getflubless.com

What is the error message?

Invalid nameservers on flubless.com and flubless.io. Other domains not appearing in dashboard despite successful registrar verification emails sent to .

What is the issue you’re encountering

I purchased 10 domains from Cloudflare Registrar on April 21, 2025 using the account . Two of them (flubless.com, flubless.io) are stuck in “Invalid Nameservers” status and cannot be updated. The other 8 domains do not appear in my account at all, despite receiving Cloudflare verification emails at the time of purchase. This appears to be a registrar provisioning failure. I’ve submitted support ticket #1592974 and provided full proof of ownership, including screenshots of the verification emails, but support refuses to escalate or resolve it.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Submitted ticket #1592974

Attached 10 Cloudflare verification emails addressed to

Provided proof of purchase date (April 21, 2025)

Replied to multiple Tier 1 agents who closed the case without resolution

Was wrongly told I am “not the account owner” despite verified emails

Sent screenshots of my dashboard and registrar messages

Waited 3 days with no response before escalating here

In what area can we help you?

New registration

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Log into Cloudflare account

View flubless.com and flubless.io in dashboard – see “Invalid Nameservers”

Observe missing domains: flubless.app, flubless.ai, etc., are not present

Attempt to manage nameservers — UI prevents changes

Attempt support — gets redirected without Registrar fix

The domains are active on Cloudflare so you are not in the correct Cloudflare account where the domains are registered and have instead added them to another Cloudflare account, see…

You will need to log into the account where the domain is active. If you do not see the domain listed here, then you are in the wrong account…

Check for emails from Cloudflare from when you registered the domain. Or log out of the dashboard and use “Forgot your email” or check for emails from Cloudflare for your domain registration to locate the login for the account where the domain is registered and active. You may have registered the domain using a Google or iCloud login.

The two names you shared are active on cloudflare, https://securitytrails.com/domain/flubless.com/history/ns and have been for a couple of months.

They are pending in your account but I do not see an invoice for purchase for those.

Thank you — you were absolutely right.

I followed your advice and tested the “Forgot Password” flow for variations of my email and discovered that I had accidentally created the Cloudflare account under a mistyped email address[email protected] (instead of my actual email, [email protected]).

When I entered that typo into the password reset form, Cloudflare confirmed that the account exists and took me to the reset screen (screenshot attached).
However, I do not control that email address and therefore cannot log in to the account where the domains were registered.

All of the registrar verification emails for the domains were sent to my correct email ([email protected]), which I do control. I’ve attached those in support tickets and can verify ownership.

Domains affected include:

I’ve already submitted a support request asking Registrar Ops to recover or transfer these domains to my actual account, since I am the verified registrant. If there’s anything else I should include or if you’re able to nudge the team internally, I’d deeply appreciate it.

Thank you again — your reply helped me crack this.

Hi again — I wanted to follow up with an honest clarification.

After doing more testing, I realized that Cloudflare will show the “Reset your password” screen even for random or misspelled email addresses, as long as they were ever used to create an account — even if that account isn’t linked to any active domains. So I can no longer be sure that the email I tested ([email protected]) is the actual account that owns the domains.

What I can confirm, without question, is that:

  • I purchased 10 domains through Cloudflare Registrar on April 21, 2025

  • I received all 10 registrar verification emails at [email protected]

  • Two of the domains (flubless.com, flubless.io) are in my dashboard, but stuck in “Invalid Nameservers”

  • The other 8 domains are live on the internet, but do not appear in my account

I now believe I was logged into the wrong Cloudflare account at the time of purchase — possibly via a typo or autofill — and didn’t realize the domains were assigned to a separate account.

I’m not asking to reset an unknown login — I’m asking Cloudflare to verify that I am the registered contact for these domains, based on the official registrar verification emails I received at [email protected], and help me:

  1. Recover the domains or transfer them to my actual Cloudflare account

  2. Resolve the “Invalid Nameservers” issue on the two domains that are visible in my dashboard

I’ll continue working with support (ticket #1592974), but if there’s anything you can do to help nudge this to the Registrar Ops team or confirm the best path forward, I would be truly grateful.

Thank you again for your time and help — your guidance earlier helped me realize the core issue.

Have you tried entering any of the domains on the “Forgot Email” page (as previously suggested) to see if, per chance, you’ll receive a reminder in any of your email accounts? https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-email

Hello,

Hello again,

Hello again,

I used the “Forgot Email” tool at dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-email for each of the domains I registered (such as flublessapp, flublessdev, and others). In every case, the tool reported that an email had been sent to the owner account — but I received nothing at my actual email, [email protected] (including in spam).

This confirms that my domains were registered under a different Cloudflare login — likely due to a typo during registration — and I no longer have access to that original login.

However, I am the verified registrant for all of these domains. I received the registrar confirmation and verification emails from Cloudflare for all 10 domains at [email protected], including:

  • flublesscom
  • flublessio
  • flublessapp
  • flublessdev
  • flublessai
  • flublessco
  • flublessnet
  • flublessorg
  • flublesstech
  • getflublesscom

I’m now requesting help from Cloudflare Registrar Operations to:

  1. Confirm ownership using my registrar contact email ([email protected])
  2. Assist in recovering or transferring the domains to my current account
  3. Resolve the “Invalid Nameservers” issue on flublesscom and flublessio, which do appear in my dashboard

I’m happy to provide the original registrar verification emails or email headers to prove my identity. I appreciate your continued support and help moving this to resolution.

each of the domains above have a DOT between the word flubless and the domain extension. thanks

You will need to work through the support ticket. The community can’t fix account issues.
