I’m genuinely puzzled—I didn’t intend to subscribe, didn’t realize how to disable it, and certainly didn’t expect to be billed. Since then, I’ve submitted a ticket to request a refund and to resolve the invoice issue—and yet, I’ve received absolutely no reply.
