Hello Cloudflare Community, I am reaching out here because Cloudflare Support has not responded to my previous two support cases for over a month. My issue is that I have been charged the monthly Pro Plan fee for the past two months, despite having already paid for the annual plan. I chose the annual plan to save $40, but now I have lost $50, and the system continues charging me month after month with no option to stop it. Key issues: Cloudflare Support has ignored my requests for over a month. I paid for the annual plan, but I am still being charged monthly. I have already lost $50 due to duplicate charges, and I cannot stop the system from charging me again. What I need: Immediate cancellation of the incorrect monthly charges. A refund of $50 for the past two months. My domain is bibliatodo.com, and my email associated with Cloudflare is [email protected]. If anyone from the Cloudflare team or community can escalate this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of support and need urgent assistance. What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
For two months I have written to Cloudflare support but I have not received a response, and the system has already charged me several times for an amount that I have already paid in the pro plan, and I see that the system does not stop and will continue charging me the following month.
