Up until 2 days ago everything was working properly, today trying again, I can no longer log in via Wordpress. In these two days I didn’t change any setting related to Cloudflare, I think it was the WAF update, in fact that I activate the new dashboard, it tells me that it is not possible to update it because you have to update the WAF rules, but in fact there is no rule that creates problems.
To use the new security dashboard you need to update from the legacy managed ruleset to the latest one. If you did that and can’t access the page, then check your security event log for the reason… https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security/events
…then add a custom WAF rule to allow you to access it.
I cannot upgrade the WAF managed rules from legacy to the updated ones because the option to do so does not appear, yet if I enable the new dashboard, the error message appears.
Also now I am not using any WAF managed rules, I think at this point there is a problem with my Zone.
Ok thank you, I have contacted via support ticket, although I don’t believe much in a resolution as I have a high priority ticket that has been open for 2 months and without a response from support for a paid feature that doesn’t work.
