Contacted Cloudflare via Chat and Support system but taking far too long to resolve a P1.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
A few weeks ago, I removed my custom nameservers, but today, out of nowhere, my domain was deactivated because the nameservers aren’t pointing to Cloudflare. The issue is that my domain registrar is Cloudflare itself, making it impossible for me to reactivate the domain.
This is critical, as hundreds of services rely on the DNS for my domain to function, and all of them are currently down.
If anyone from Cloudflare is available, please escalate case 01135853 urgently. I’m running out of options and the 100% uptime SLA is clearly being put to the test here!
Cloudflare responded with a generic message asking me to update my nameservers at my registrar and changed the ticket priority to normal.
Can someone please help escalade this to someone a bit more experience who understands that Cloudflare is my registrar and that my entire business and hundreds of services are currently offline causing mass disruption, globally.
Is there anything anyone here can do, I urgently need the domain back online. Hundreds of mail services including my own are currently offline I’m helpless at the moment there is nothing I can do with Cloudflare being my registrar! I will for sure be moving the domain away from cloudflare as soon as this is resolved but for now I urgently need my default cloudflare nameservers to be reinstated on my domain as a mattar of urgency.
@george23 our team are already working on your case and you will have received a reply in the last hour. This is escalated within Cloudflare to our Registrar engineering team to apply a fix and we’ll keep you updated on the progress on the case.
