If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
Yes, I already have a ticket open but, I don’t know if it will be answered in time. As I said, the domain is expiring very soon, and I don’t want to lose the domain since, I can’t really afford having a downtime on my services.
