Hello Cloudflare Community, I’m reaching out here as a last resort. I have several domains that were in my Cloudflare account. Unfortunately, my account appears to be closed or inaccessible, but my domains are still showing an “active” status. Because of this, I’m unable to manage or transfer my domains. I have already emailed the Cloudflare support team but haven’t received any response yet. I urgently need guidance on the following: How can I regain access or control of my domains? What are the steps to transfer my domains if my account is closed? Is there any way to escalate this issue with support for a faster resolution? This situation is affecting my operations, and I would really appreciate any help or direction from the community or Cloudflare staff. Thanks in advance for your support.
If support isn’t responding, try recovering access via https://dash.cloudflare.com/forgot-password. If that fails, create a new Cloudflare account, re-add your domain, and update your nameservers at your registrar to regain control. This ensures your site stays live while awaiting support.
account is working properly but the domains in that account is not working. When i open any domain in my account it says there was an error fetching data for that doamin or I also unable to trasnfer that domain
This domain, at least, has been suspended. I’d guess the same has happened to your other domains.
If you’ve received an email from the abuse team and replied to that, that’s all you can do. But realistically, the domain you shared above sounds like a very obvious trademark infringement, so I wouldn’t hold my breath that you get it back.
