Hi Cloudflare Community,
I am writing to desperately seek help regaining access to my Cloudflare account. I purchased my domain, gy.fyi, through Cloudflare and used the “Sign in with Apple ID” option. Recently, I changed the email address associated with my Apple ID from [email protected] to [email protected].
Since this change, I am completely locked out of my Cloudflare account and unable to manage my domain gy.fyi. When I try to log in using “Sign in with Apple ID”, it fails.
I have already opened a support case with Cloudflare (Case ID: 01385725) and have not received a helpful response beyond automated replies. I have provided proof of domain ownership and explained the login issue in detail, but I am still unable to get any personalized assistance to resolve this.
Furthermore, I’ve encountered issues with the support links provided by Cloudflare.
“My Activities” Link Error: The “My Activities” link in the dashboard, https://dash.cloudflare.com/444fb341b954b3e0260352c08c44705e/my-activities, leads to a 404 error page and redirects to this page which does not help with case management: Cannot locate dashboard account · Cloudflare Support docs?
Case Management URL Login Failure: The direct case management URL provided in the automated email, https://www.support.cloudflare.com/support/s/case/500Nv00000JaBF5, does not allow me to log in using my correct Cloudflare email and password. It seems I am in a loop and cannot access my support case or my account.
Has anyone in the community experienced a similar issue after changing their Apple ID email? If so, could you please share any advice or solutions on how to regain access to my Cloudflare account? I am very concerned about losing control of my domain and urgently need to resolve this.
Any guidance or assistance the community can offer would be immensely appreciated!
