Urgent Help! need to transfer my domain out!

I started to transfer my domain from namecheap to Cloudflare but found out in the process that I am not allowed to use my own DNS servers. 3 days ago I opened a support ticket, asking for the transfer to be stopped.

Support person wrote back:

Once a transfer is started it cannot be cancelled in the dashboard.

If you want to continue the transfer just ask again your Registrar to update the IPS tag, once it is updated the transfer should complete.

If you do not want to continue with the transfer, do nothing and just let it timeout.

Please let us know if you have any other questions and we will be happy to assis

Thank you very much

I wrote back and said that I do not want to continue with the transfer and asked when it will time out.
She wrote back with exactly the same canned message.

I wrote again and said asked the same questions. That was a day ago.

Today I got a notice that my DNS servers were changed to Cloudflare, without any action on my part and that the transfer is completed. It seems I cannot even transfer the domain out because the unlock button in the Transfer Out page is greyed out.

I really need to get my domain out. My site is out at the moment. My email and everything is on that domain.

Is there a number that I can call?

Welcome to the Cloudflare Community.

From the details you shared it sounds like the domain transfer completed. The five day waiting period was the only time the transfer could have been stopped.

Since your domain will not be eligible for transfer for sixty days, your best option to get everything working as quickly as possible is to create the DNS records that your email and site need to function.

Telephone support is only available on enterprise plans.

This my correspondence with (non) support:
