URGENT-HELP: Deliver from cache is not working

We have enabled the cache for the website. Example URL is:

Cache-Control Headers:
Cache-Control max-age=7200, public
Expires: Fri, 07 Jan 2022 14:55:50 GMT

But Cloudflare is not delivering the result from its cache, instead, it is contacting the web server for each request.
As per the check-in this URL, https://www.giftofspeed.com/cache-checker/ (Cache is enabled properly, KINDLY CHECK THIS URGENTLY AND HELP US.)

How did you enable the cache for your pages? By default, Cloudflare doesn’t cache HTML.

I also see a cache status of BYPASS, which might be due to the cookie you’re setting:
set-cookie: WEB=web2; path=/
