We submitted a support ticket on December 13th and have been consistently following up, but we have yet to receive an update. We kindly request your prompt attention to this matter.
We have not yet received any updates regarding our issue. Due to a payment problem, we are currently unable to purchase a membership, leaving us as non-paying customers despite our intent to become paying members.
Additionally, we couldn’t find any documentation addressing our specific scenario. If you could assist in expediting the resolution of this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.
