Urgent. Failed Upgrade to Pro Plan, Help me please

Hallo, help me please.
I have successfully notification when press purchase button and i see on dashboard its has to Pro Plan label. But when i reload the page, its back to free plan. can anybody help mel or have same case with me…

i try to email to [email protected] but only replied by BOT. no solutions.

And what did the BOT have to say?

Billing tickets are submitted through the dashboard and not via email.


We have the same problem. Reverts back after short period of time. Tried multiple payment methods. Submitted multiple tickets. To no avail.

Exactly same situation with me!

Please don’t submit multiple tickets. The billing ticket will get to it as they can.
