Not able to renew the domain despite multiple tries. When attempting to purchase the renewal, a loading icon appears but disappears after some time without providing any status or confirmation regarding the process.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
In the dashboard, click Domain registration in the sidebar, then manage domain, select the domain and choose manage. There’s an option to renew/extend domain. Purchase there and it will show a loading screen then disappear without any response.
Used a backup card, but it didn’t resolve the issue. I removed and added the card again, but the problem persists. Card has international transactions enabled and is actively used and has enough balance. Have raised a ticket in November but have only received automated responses so far. This is urgent as the domain is in the grace period.
