Domain Expiration and Payment Issues (Case #01033679)
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Dear Cloudflare Support Team,
I’m writing to follow up on case #01033679 regarding the issues we’ve encountered with domain renewals and payments. We have 8 domains registered through Cloudflare, and previously, one of them was under a Cloudflare Pro account. However, due to RBI payment restrictions in India, our account was downgraded to the free tier, which went unnoticed until one of the domains expired, causing our services to go down.
Despite attempts to resolve the issue, I’ve encountered several challenges:
- I searched for an invoice to make the payment but couldn’t find one.
- I tried adding a new payment card, but the option wasn’t available.
- I managed to update the payment method to PayPal, but this didn’t help in renewing the 2 expired domains.
- Attempts to manage or transfer the domains result in an error message: “Error There was an error fetching domain data for.”
- It’s been 9 days since I initially contacted billing support, but I have yet to receive a response. This delay has left our services down, and we urgently need to resolve this situation.
Could you please assist me in generating the invoices and processing the payment so that the domains can be renewed and our services restored?
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your guidance on how to proceed.
Thank you
