I had a working DNS configuration for a domein. All of a sudden teh DNS recpords became unavailable on all global DNS servers. The strange thing is that all DNS records are still in the Cloudflare Admin Panel. SO the configuration seems to be intact. Except it seems that no global replication takes places.

That’s weird. That’s not my registrar, it looks like someone initiated a domain transer without authorization which seems impossible to me.

Cloudflare Registrar does not support .nl domains so they can’t be your registrar.
