my domain has been blacklisted due to a Cloudflare server. See here for details: https://www.abuseat.org/lookup.cgi?ip=104.27.130.44
Any ideas of how to get that removed? Cloudflare make it REALLY hard to let them know.

Same issue as Cloudflare IP 104.27.158.134 blacklisted by cbl.abuseat.org
That is not so much a Cloudflare issue as rather of those lists which also list IP addresses which are used for web hosting and are not email related at all. Cloudflare does not handle email at all.

I checked and the issue is not at my end. So, I assume, I am sharing the IP address with someone, who does have an issue. I have no idea how to fix this.

Getting increasingly frustrated…
You would need to contact these lists to get these addresses unlisted. I would not expect them to react though. You can try to contact Cloudflare about it too but they cant really do much either. The bottom line is these IP addresses shouldnt be listed to begin with.
I tried to contact Cloudflare…getting a candle lit dinner with the Pope is probably easier! 
Anyway, In fairness, I just checked back on the blacklisting and I am back to green. So, whichever Angel just intervened…THANK YOU!!
Did you get a ticket number? If you are on a free plan your requests have the lowest priority and it will take time until they get back to you.
But, again, Cloudflare cant do much either. The spam is not routed via their systems, so they cant block an account.
