I’ve opened multiple tickets and forum topics but nothing is getting fixed.

Unrelated companies are being billed for each other services. Invoices are missing. Confidential information is being shared between unrelated companies with different owners.

@cloonan This is completely appalling. Why isn’t anyone at Cloudflare taking this massive security and privacy issue seriously? Every Cloudflare customer should be horrified that not only is this happening, but that Cloudflare isn’t doing anything about it and doesn’t seem to care.

I flagged that ticket for my colleagues in Billing Support, sorry for the ongoing issue, they are digging into it now.
