Hey there
i got an urgent problem. Cloudflare has blocked the GoogleBot, is there anything i can do to allow it or to disable bot protection?
We are using the ProPlan since 2 weeks.
We don’t use WAF
Super Figt Mode all Bots are allowed
i can’t find a single option to disable bot protection or what is making the trouble. Do you have any idea how i can solve this?
The real one, as stated, crawling & indexing Googlebot is verified, allowed and allowlisted as follows:
May I ask what kind of error or issue you’re experiencing?
Is it related to the Google Search Console, or?
I wonder if, could you double-check for some possible challenged/blocked firewall events in the firewall events if you navigate to the Cloudflare dashboard → Security → Overview and lookup for Firewall events for the past 24hours or so. Once you find them, click on a particular one to find more details about it (user-agent, IP, HTTP version …). If yes, could you share some details which service was triggered that blocked you?
Security → Bots → upper right blue link “Configure Super Bot Fight Mode”, under the section “Verified bots” select “Allow”
