What is the issue you’re encountering
I’m unable to remove, edit, or move my domain to the Free Plan because of a billing/subscription error message saying I have an outstanding balance — even though Cloudflare Support has confirmed that my account has no outstanding balance. The system is incorrectly blocking me from making any changes, and it’s been over a week without resolution, which is inhibiting my business.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Opened a Billing ticket (Case #01460470)
Received confirmation there are no billing issues
Attempted to manually remove the domain or downgrade it (blocked by same error)
Verified there are no pending cancellations or other account issues
Searched the Community for similar issues (no clear solution found)

Log into my Cloudflare account.

Navigate to the domain that is currently stuck: freeagentformula.com

Attempt to remove the domain, downgrade the plan to Free, or edit domain settings.

Error immediately appears:
