Hi Cloudflare Community, I’m reaching out for some urgent help with my Cloudflare account, which was suddenly suspended without any clear explanation. Just yesterday, I launched my SaaS startup, and now my site is offline. This has not only disrupted my business launch but also ruined a job interview where I was planning to showcase my site. I suspect this might be related to a billing verification issue, but the response feels way too harsh and doesn’t seem justified. To make things worse, I’ve noticed that refunds are being processed for my existing domains, which I purchased some time ago. This has added a lot of confusion and chaos to an already stressful situation. The suspension email mentioned that my current services wouldn’t be affected and that I couldn’t add new domains while the issue is being reviewed. However, my site is still down, and my domains are being refunded, which contradicts the message I received. My case number is 01300330. I really need guidance or support to get this resolved as quickly as possible and get my services back online. Any advice or assistance from the community would be immensely appreciated.
