Going to my url from instagram profile link it comes up with a 404 object not found page
That’s a 404 from R2 object storage. Did you set the custom domain for R2 to your domain? That will overwrite the DNS record for your apex domain.

Do what? Do you actually want to use R2 with your domain? If not you need to remove the custom domain from R2 and set the DNS record back as it was before.
