Can’t find a way to increase upload size

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I already reduced the image below 10MB, it’s now at 5.91MB, and it still won’t upload.

The image had a total area larger than 100 mega pixels (like 10.000x10.000), so I fixed it on my side.
