Upload aborted/timeout for files over 50Mb

Hi everyone :slight_smile:

Really hope someone can help with this frustrating issue. I have a Joomla contact form that allows attachments. Everything works well until a file of around 50MB or more is attached. It always results in a timeout.

Having narrowed it down to a Cloudflare issue (it’s not server related, Joomla related or Plugin related)… it appears that the upload is being aborted early.

I know there is a 100 second limit for things like this, but even uploading a 50MB file which takes around 10-20 seconds will result in the upload hanging at 100% and then timing out.

Can anyone please advise on this?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with this form upload. What is the http status code that is thrown when this request fails? Can you please provide a screenshot of the error? Can you also share steps to reproduce this issue? Below are the range of http status codes we could issue that may help diagnose this issue.
