What is the issue you’re encountering
After having a Pro account for several years, yesterday I upgraded to Business. I see new features available now in the dashboard, but the Chat Support is still unavailable. There is a button asking me to “Upgrade to Business”. Chat support is one of the features that I was hoping to take advantage of after upgrading. How do I get it working?
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I created case 01319653 on 12/19/2024 and it has yet to be addressed by support. My previous post in the community regarding this issue was closed after 15 days, but the issue has yet to be addressed, so I am posting another in hopes that someone will actually address the issue this time.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
I login to my business account.
I select my website.
I select Support | Contact Cloudflare
Instead of seeing an option to initiate a chat, I am presented with a button to “Upgrade to Business”, but I already have a Business account.
