Upgraded from FREE to PRO plan today. Invoice received and paid. But dashboard still showing FREE plan. Why is that?

Checked for several hours, but still plan is FREE.

Payment was made through PayPal on Oct-16-2024.

We submitted a ticket.
Just to confirm - is this a billing issue? We submitted payment for the plan upgrade to PRO, but as of today (24 hours later), our account is still under Free plan.

It is and they team will be able to assist you on the ticket.

We submitted payment Oct-16, and as of Oct-18, this “billing issue” has not been resolved. What is the company SLA to resolve billing issues? Unfortunately, its been 48+ hours and no solution yet to case no. 01234466
