Upgraded Business to Yearly but Payment Still marked as Processing

Around 10 days ago a payment failed and got error message
We were unable to process your renewal Invoice # IN-2289006

Checked with Bank and confirmed that funds are available and no limit imposed.
As of documentation I have re entered the Card details as this should trigger the payment again.
But seems no effect.
We were on the Business Monthly and wanted to switch to Yearly subscription.

Any help appreciated as I need the Invoice for accounts purposes.
