What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

clicked on the “free” token at the top of my dashboard, chose “pro” plan, clicked continue, clicked purchase, and got this error message: We weren’t able to change your subscription at the moment, please try again later. I entered a support ticket on 12/6/24. I looked through this community support and it looks like this is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Thank you. Do you have any idea about a response time? It has been a frustrating process to try to upgrade my plan, and I need to be able to give my client an estimate on when we will be able to get the pro plan up and running.
