Upgrade to Pro Issue

Dear all,
I tried to upgrade to the Pro plan but ended up getting the email “We were unable to complete the purchase, change, or cancellation of your Cloudflare subscription”.
I have checked the balance on my credit (on primary and backup cards), and I can confirm that there is enough money there to pay for it.
Please advise.
