I have 35,000 minutes of video stored. I’m on the starter bundle and want to move to creator bundle for the price breaks. I cannot do this myself, and support are non-responsive - I have x2 urgent tickets open with multiple updates and no response.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Attempted to upgrade myself - I can only add additional packs of 1000 minutes, not change the plan.
Contact support, x2 tickets are not being responded to.
Hi @user7518, I’ve raised the attention of our Billing team on this, we will keep the discussion on the case tickets to not disclose Personal Information on the community.
Sorry to come back on this. Response from support/billing team has been attrocious. I have had only a single response from them asking for more information, which I provided, but have had no response for 2.5 weeks.
We go live in 5 days (Sept 9) and I need this resolved before that happens.
