I have upgraded my free plan to a Pro plan. But the features are not working. In my account area the plan is showing as Pro plan. i was send ticket support but not yet response. Ticket Number 01364254.
May I ask if you’re seeing Polish and Mirage features disabled?
How about Custom WAF Rules? Did the count went from 5 to 25? How about other features such as Managed Rules, are hey visible to you?
May I ask if you’ve tried using a different Web browser or Incognito Mode?
