Upgrade plan from free to pro - Code: 1258

Hi,
i can’t upgrade a zone from free to pro plan.
I’ve tried both paypal and credit card payment method with the same error.

“Zone is not able to be upgraded at this time. Contact [email protected] for assistance. (Code: 1258)”

I’ve opened a ticket (#9887845) 3 days ago without any response from the Trust and Safety Team (escalated from billing).

i should add other domains,but i’m in an awkward situation.
Still now, no support response and i can’t offer Pro plan benefit to our customers…
What’s the matter?
